We recognize that our teachers are our greatest asset and that developing exceptional teachers takes a concentrated effort and support system to ensure their professional development and job satisfaction. To support this, we have implemented a weekly professional development program led by a full time Dean of Instruction – Caleb Dolan.

The program includes:

   Weekly professional development classes

   Weekly observation for new teachers and bi-weekly for veteran teachers

   One-on-one coaching sessions

   3 weeks of intensive summer professional development and team-building curriculum
